Test & Assembly/Repair and Refurbishment Shop Manager - Stonehaven
We require to recruit a highly experienced and capable Test and Assembly/Repair and Refurbishment Shop Manager to work from our Stonehaven facility.
The successful individual has complete responsibility, to the Managing Director, for all Test and Assembly Shop work, related company owned equipment, manpower, budgets, consumables and capital spend, personnel and safety issues, including employee appraisal, development and salary, production efficiency, cost reduction, profitability and overall performance of Assembly and Test operations within Ross Deeptech.
Such responsibility includes the maintenance of workload by proactive contact with Industry contacts and identification of prospects from all sources.
Responsible for pricing and quotations for relevant work requirements, with the support of other company Admin, Quality and Engineering functions.
